"Gary Kiner, Internet Manager helped me purchase a vehicle for my specific needs. We communicated the majority of the time via email before I purchased a new Lexus RX 350. He always responded right away. When my wife and I visited the facility twice, he greated us with a smile and no pressure. When the vehicle I was thinking about buying was sold, he went out of his way to secure another smiliar vehicle which we bought. The price was outstanding and better yet, he gave us a great price on our trade in vehicle. Further, when we needed a loaner car for three days, he gave it to us gratis.
