It's about how awesome everyone at Lexus Carlsbad is - from Gary, "Marathon Man" to Alan to Don. Everyone from the floor to finance and beyond was really helpful, extremely patient and bent over backwards to make my car buying experience the best. They treat you like family and make sure that you and the car are the right fit. A Lexus car is a Lexus car, you know what you're going to get.
