"I purchased my IS250 from Lexus of Carlsbad about two years ago and have taken it them for service multiple times ( and free car washes! ) since then. I've always been impressed with the quality of service, the personal attention, and I've never felt like a walking dollar sign!

They were so fair that even after I drove away, keys & car all done and taken care of, the finance manager called me a day later to tell me he got me an even lower rate on my financing. How's that for going the extra mile?

It's a few years later and I'm thinking about maybe going with a different model or a smart car and guess where my first and probably last stop will be? Lexus Carlsbad."
