"Gary Kiner, Internet Manager helped me purchase a vehicle for my specific needs. We communicated the majority of the time via email before I purchased a new Lexus RX 350. He always responded right away. When my wife and I visited the facility twice, he greated us with a smile and no pressure. When the vehicle I was thinking about buying was sold, he went out of his way to secure another smiliar vehicle which we bought. The price was outstanding and better yet, he gave us a great price on our trade in vehicle. Further, when we needed a loaner car for three days, he gave it to us gratis. This dealer is outstanding and very well organized and clean. Gary is the abosolute best. Justin, the service manager was very helpful when we had the paint sealer applied. Lexus Carlsbad will be my preferred dealer for future vehicles. Thanks to all of you.
