"Bob Kreger rocks! He helped me purchase my Lexus CT 200H and I love the car. He was patient, awesome, and understanding as I was a pretty darn demanding customer. I do tons of research and came in with a Trade-in vehicle. Bob Delaney also assisted me and they went out of their way to take care of me. Everything went smoothly which is very unusual for a car dealership in my opinion. I couldn't be more pleased. After the purchase he called me several times to check on me and even the GM of the dealership reached out. Excellent service. It may not be as "fancy" as the Escondido location but their service is amazing and just as good! GREAT buying experience!"
